DURBAN – Psychology students at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) will have to rewrite their exams after four papers were leaked on social media.
UKZN says it’s moving swiftly to identify the culprits involved and will start disciplinary procedures against them.
In a statement, UKZN says the leaking of four psychology exam papers has caused great anxiety for both students and administrators but a rewrite is the best solution.
It says new papers have been prepared and in future, it will ensure the process is secured.
This is not the first scandal to rock the institution, earlier this year officials at UKZN’s medical campus were found guilty of selling admissions to the Health Sciences Faculty for up to half a million rand.
